Job Summary

The Retail Marketing Integration Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining retail marketing strategies & plans by integrating product and brand priorities for Motorcycles, Parts, Accessories, Merchandise and Service into retail channels, programs and communications. This role serves as one of the primary liaisons between Retail Marketing and the Product Sales and Brand Organizations to ensure that the Retail experience drives traffic, sales, and loyalty to achieve volume, margin and retention goals for HDMC.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive the Retail Marketing Integration (SRI) process
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and manage retail/dealer channel tools that support and drive product sales priorities, brand priorities and sales/transactions across Motorcycles, PA and GM
  • Responsible for ensuring that new product launches are successful at Retail / Dealer
