Reporting to the HR Business Partner and dotted line to the Store Director, the Retail HR Manager will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and compensation for the NYU Bookstore. This position will also contribute to the retail operations leadership team by assisting with the development and implementation of the retail HR strategies that will help elevate HR / Operational effectiveness. Partner closely with assigned leaders and employees to ensure enterprise HR programs are implemented and supported in accordance with Follett policy.
