The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the clinical coordinator is accountable for provision of competent patient care based on established standards. Level II Respiratory Therapists, Inpatient, in addition to job duties stated in Respiratory Therapy Therapist, Inpatient Level I job description, assumes an expanded role which includes but is not limited to the preceptor role, participation on committees, and performing advanced respiratory care procedures.

Responsibilities
The department covers critical care units in adult services and pediatrics. Advanced practices include Nitric Oxide, ECMO Neonatal, and Pediatric Transport teams. Therapists attend daily rounds as an integral part of the multidisciplinary team. We offer a competitive salary structure and benefits program. Qualifications: New York State license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist with current registrations or may be certified by the National Board of Respiratory Care and complete registry status within first year of employment. ACLS, PALS, NRC a plus.
Qualifications
Registration in Respiratory Therapy plus 2-3 years related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
