Works as a remote resource, typically as part of a team, to provide product specific expertise in support of the customer's operational requirements
- Acts as a customer technical liaison for Juniper Networks support and development teams.
- Assists the customer to develop Network Operating and Equipment Operating procedures.
- Promotes product absorption in the customer environment.
