Qualifications

• PhD or postdoc in neuroscience, molecular/cellular biology, biomedical engineering, or a relevant field.
• Exceptional proficiency in neural cell culture or slice methods with preference for human neural iPSC.
• Experience with calcium imaging, functional imaging analysis, two-photon, or advanced microscopy techniques.
• Familiarity with electrophysiology, voltammetry, or neural recording methods.
• Demonstrated history of strong technical contributions in previous roles.
• High integrity and sound professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop methods to characterize ultrasound's effects on neural tissue.
• Design and conduct in vitro experiments to study ultrasound's impact on cellular properties.
• Optimize ultrasound parameters to enhance cellular activity and plasticity.
• Translate in vitro results to inform studies on human neuromodulation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply findings in practical settings.
