Job Description:
You will be a key member of Carrier’s Central Research and Development (CRD) organization, whose mission is to provide innovative technology solutions serving the company’s global product portfolio. As part of the Heat Transfer Group, you will be responsible for developing advanced heat exchanger designs and simulation tools. You will collaborate with other CRD technology experts, product design groups, supply chain partners, research universities, and external consortia to pursue new opportunities for the next generation of Carrier products. This assignment will include a blend of applied research and product integration.

MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis in thermal science.
BS in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of direct experience in HVAC or other heat transfer field
