Strategic Project Administrators within the Strategic Operations group will plan, develop, manage and implement strategic company projects that may fall outside the scope of regular duties. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external experts, as necessary, to evaluate regulatory, capital, resource and other relevant requirements necessary to successfully implement the project and, in cooperation with the EPMO, will implement the project within an approved budget and timeline.Roles within Strategic Operations are responsible for investor relations, generating innovation and improving business processes, prioritizing, managing, executing and integrating business opportunities, and exploring opportunities for joint ventures and/or mergers and acquisitions.

You will work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. It is expected that you will exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Additionally, you will network with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
It is expected that your role assists in project design that will enable the department/ group/team to meet goals. You will impact your own work team and cross-functional project teams. Additionally, it is expected that you will make decisions that impact the company’s ability to achieve short-term timelines.
You will determine methods and procedures on new assignments. You may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead). Your role typically reports to Managers/ Directors.

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or;
• Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
