Remote Journeyman Logistician

The Remote Journeyman Logistician is responsible for ensuring technical and program office requirements are met by focusing on ILS and PSM disciplines. They will support leaders and managers of ILS and PSM efforts that could include, but are not limited to, the following areas: development and implementation of product support strategies that relate to product support, sustainment, and readiness efforts throughout the product lifecycle, facilities infrastructure; facilitation and support of ILS and PSM activities and documents; and other ILS and PSM activities or related briefing material. May be responsible for less experienced personnel, basic task areas, or program resources.

Required Skills and Experience

Associates degree and ten years relevant experience or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with five years relevant experience, or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Desired Skills and Experience

This position is required to develop cargo letters in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases so any candidates with the following experience would be highly desired to the effort of the program: material shipment, Navy procurement, COSAL (Coordinated Shipboard Allowance List) for allowed items onboard ship and material follow-up (interfacing with external program offices).
