POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners IT Team is seeking a motivated, high performing IT Network Engineer. The incumbent will provide network services (switch, firewall, router, etc.) used in the practice of providing, supporting, and protecting radiology services network infrastructure. The successful candidate will enjoy using switch, router, wireless, and firewall technologies to automate solutions and optimize outcomes, focusing on continuous integration of acquisitions and new customers in a rapidly growing healthcare company. Responsibilities to include; evaluating and assessing network technologies, processes, procedures, and controls. Designing, planning, and implementing solutions for the national Radiology Partners footprint and troubleshooting is required.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work collaboratively in a highly matrixed organization with other IT team (Development, Service Desk, Integration and Clinical Applications) to support staff and remediate any issues that arise
• Maintain Cisco, Meraki, and other manufactures' equipment environment across multiple geographies, facilities, and data centers. Deploying new network solutions, decommissioning obsolete network devices, troubleshooting issues with existing networks and assisting other IT groups with specific network related tasks such as installing new devices and implementing security-team mandated changes and guidelines.

• Assess Network Performance
• Work with network monitoring software (SNMP, ICMP, Syslog, or similar)
• Respond to Level 3 support tickets and provide timely support to other IT groups.
• Work on IT projects and be able to see project from planning stages to completion.
• Work with new hardware and software technologies and be able to understand and learn said technologies to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) as needed or delegated by manager.
• Support and protect a mix of high-traffic cloud-based (IaaS), onsite and remote VPN infrastructures
• Review and advise with high-level design interaction diagrams, system functionality changes, packet modeling, data flow, and high-level interface specifications
• Provide general incident response for internal users
• Provide routine status reports and updates
• Documentation of current and future systems

• Must be a team player, eager to collaborate, and adaptable
• Must be able to work closely with a small, geographically dispersed team
• Knowledge of hardware vendors and the tools associated with selected vendor products.
• Have worked with and adhered to Change Control Management policies and implementation standards.
• Experience working in a Radiology or healthcare environment is a plus
• Industry Certifications such as CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, or CCDP helpful.
• Experience with continuous integration and acquisitions
• Experience designing and supporting secure cloud migrations
• Experience securing and monitoring IaaS services
• Experience with incident response and remediation, helpful attitude is a must
• Must have excellent conflict resolution skills
