This position is responsible for leading a Remanufacturing Operations team dedicated to servicing and support of industrial electronic products in an after-sale business model. Driving Operations Excellence and accountability in safety, quality, delivery, and financial performance, this position develops and manages service strategies and restoration processes in support of future, current, and legacy products. Working in a team environment consisting of Business Unit Product Development, Operations Engineering Services, Asset Management and Reliability, and Customer Service the position focuses on continuous improvement of the essentials of customer experience: product quality, reliability, and on-time delivery.
Conceptualize and develop product remanufacturing strategies that proactively support internal and external customer expectations in safety, quality, reliability, delivery, and productivity.
Serve multiple global business partners as a Center of Excellence in providing technical guidance and process direction.
Define methodologies and approaches to serving and fulfilling unique and challenging customer related opportunities, requirements and expectations in product service.
Develop and set course major project schedules for all aspects of the Operations Remanufacturing team.
Develop and direct product service data collection, analysis, and distribution for use by internal and external customers.
Develop and direct inventory planning, procurement, accuracy, and stocking strategies designed to support general manufacturing and specific customer requirements.
Develop and implement volume forecasting models that proactively drive capacity planning.
Strategize, develop, and implement product and facility mapping to optimize manufacturing footprints.
Prioritize and react to unpredictable and constantly changing expectations and work load demands placed by internal and external customers.
Create a working environment that is based on employee engagement, employee empowerment, and continuous improvement that ensures the highest in business ethics principles and operating disciplines.
Develop a cohesive team environment focused on providing an exceptional customer experience with Remanufacturing.
Set annual goals and objectives and provide employee feedback through the Performance and Development Review process.
This position has five to 10 direct reports including sub-group supervisors.
Network with Business Unit Product Development, Operations Engineering Services, Asset Management and Reliability, and Customer Service teams in demanding and challenging professional environments.
Ability to commercially represent the Remanufacturing capabilities and processes to demanding and challenging customers.
Demonstrated excellence of influencing skills and the ability to communicate across a broad range of cultures, functional areas, and stakeholders.

Drive policy deployment for area including Key Performance Indicator charts, action plans and countermeasures.
Determine cost effective approach to Remanufacturing processes.
Develop, implement, and sustain productivity project as required to support annual cost reduction targets.
Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline. Electrical Engineering preferred
Five or more years of management experience in electronics product manufacturing, preferably in the service sector
