Role and Responsibilities
Release Planning
• Create Deployment and Back-out schedules
• Deployment Resource Scheduling
• Walkthrough of Deployment Schedules Plans and Schedules
Release Management
• Release Deployment and Back-out coordination
• Communication of Release status
• Tracking releases by Environment and Component version
• Retrofit production releases to non-production environments
• Retrofit dependent systems to non-production environments
Environment Management
• Environment tracking by release and component
• Database back-up, refresh requests
• Coordinate pointing to different URLs/Environments based on testing needs
• Environment smoke test coordination
• Handle communication related to environments

- Internal, Adaptiv (Vendor) and Release Notes
- Release Schedule by Environment
- Review Installation Instructions - OTPP Developers & Vendors
• Create Deployment and Back-out schedules
• Deployment Resource Scheduling
• Walkthrough of Deployment Schedules Plans and Schedules
Release Management
• Release Deployment and Back-out coordination
• Communication of Release status
• Tracking releases by Environment and Component version
