Collaborate with Management and Senior Staff members to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to market and sell a full-range of services to prospects and clients while overseeing the servicing of key client relationships.
- Develops an individual business plan to target companies within the target segment. Responsible for executing the business plan by making calls, seeking referrals and developing influential relationships within the market.
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the bank's products, services and credit standards, trends in commercial banking pricing and products. Exhibits effective sales and customer service practices and have a firm grasp on relevant legal issues and other necessary information.
- Has primary relationship accountability for assigned clients and overall responsibility for servicing and maximizing the profitability of client relationships. Collaborate with others to: Lead new business development initiatives targeting prospective and existing clients, Build and maintain effective and influential relationships at senior levels within the client and prospect organizations, Develop and implement strategies to provide high quality, creative and integrated services to clients, Serve as the overall subject matter expert and business consultant for clients and prospects, using the wealth of services provided by the bank.
- Mentors and develops staff and contributing to the overall intellectual and professional development of the market.
Bachelor''s Degree (BA, BS, etc.) in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field required with Eight (8) years of formal credit and/or commercial loan training experience. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
