This position provides the opportunity to work as part of a top advisor team at a fast-growing wealth management firm in La Jolla (UTC). The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be selfstarter is a must to assist senior level advisors in managing a very large and fast-growing book of business. Specifically, the goal is to maintain all current clients by providing best in class client service and contribute to facilitating bringing new clients on board. Multi-tasking and prioritizing workload is important. Must be detail oriented. Candidates should have extensive experienceworking with Microsoft Office and financial planning software such as EMoney or Morningstar Advisor Workstation. Compensation structure includes salary commensurate with experience and the potential for incentive bonus on a quarterly basis. 

Details:

- Reports to three Senior Managing Directors, supporting all administrative aspects ofmanaging client relationships (around 225 clients)- Prepare and process new account paperwork ? from creating documents and applications toentering the client in client relationship management system- Facilitate block account migrations to new custodial institutions- Track all requests for real estate and other alternatives and help get all paperwork signed and in order- Process client requests, including distributions, wire requests, account inquiries, updatingclient forms and applications- Facilitate monthly and quarterly reporting for clients- Assist in preparation for prospect meetings and quarterly client meetings- Assist in the scheduling of prospect and client meetings- Monitor client deposits, cash balances, distributions and provide bi-monthly reporting toSenior Managing Directors- Work withportfolio management and trading team to coordinate adjustments to clientallocations- Handle back-office project requests (tax project, RMD, etc) as it pertains to team clients- Manage all aspects of 20-30 existing and new client relationshipsNOTE: Candidates that are offered a position are required to pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
