Explosive growth has created the need for a Relationship Director in our Irvine, CA location. Responsible for lead generation and qualification, calling C-level executives & CPA firms, proposal development and presentation, follow-up, and closing of prospective clients with the goal of winning new business across the United States.

  • Daily research and lead generation to target & qualify potential clients, strategic cold calling, creation of proposals and value propositions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a finely tuned sense of client objectives and value drivers to C-Suite stakeholders and their CPAs
  • Ability to focus initial conversations not on the features and benefits but on insight in order to secure new clients and truly bring a unique and educational perspective to the stakeholders on their business
  • Exceeds revenue and expectations
  • Proactively record all account activity within CRMdatabase (Salesforce)
  • Actively participates in new business development planning sessions by consulting within a team-based work environment to ensure the identification of quality opportunities
  • Identification and participation in industry events


 

Qualifications

 

  • No tax background is required
  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experiencerequired
  • 4 yearBachelor's degree is preferred
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills in a variety of consultative settings, including demonstrated experience with C-level executives or business owners
  • The ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced high performance environment by collaborating with peers and colleagues on a daily basis
  • Self-sufficient using computer and database tools
  • Good organizational, research & problem solving skills
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment

  • Ability to travel domestically up to 50%
