Essential Job Functions:
Ownership of the Rehab brand from analysis and development of the marketing plan through implementation.
Product line management- work with executive management, the Brand Marketing Team, New Product Development, Interactive Marketing, Art Department, Category Management and outside design agencies to create and develop new products, associated selling materials, P-O-S, and online resources for product line extensions.
Sales Presentations- work with Category Management and the Sales force to develop compelling selling stories. Partner with Sales to develop programs for key customers.
Point-of-Sale management- work with the Brand Marketing Team, P-O-S Manager, Purchasing, Sales, vendors and Art Department to develop Point-of-Sale materials to support new product launches as well as the on-going P-O-S offering.
Public Speaking- Champion the Rehab Brand with compelling presentations at National Sales Meeting, regional sales meetings and as needed throughout the year.
Promotion & Incentive Management- Work with the Brand Team and Art Department on the creation, execution & fulfillment of sales incentives and consumer promotions.
Sampling & Event Management- Work with the Events team and Sampling Teams to develop sampling initiatives, analyze and lead event sponsorships and oversee activation plan.
Trade Advertising, Editorial & PR- work with internal & external agencies to develop press releases and work with trade and consumer publications on editorial coverage for new products and promotions. Also, manage the submission process for new product awards and inclusion in publication guides.
Online Marketing Support- Ownership of all Monster Rehab digital content from the website through all social media properties and video creation.
Athlete/Celebrity Management- Work with the Sports Marketing and Music Marketing departments as needed for athlete-specific marketing efforts such as photo shoots, ads, event appearances, etc.
Minimum four years relevant work experience in marketing with a beverage, CPG or lifestyle marketing brand. Brand Marketing experience required.
Must hold Brand Manager title or higher for a fitness oriented product line sold primarily in food, drug, mass and convenience channels.
Must have been with the same firm for a minimum of 2-years with a demonstrated successful track record as a Brand Manager.
Must have new product launch experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, MBA preferred. • Ability to travel 10% of the time.
Experience with lifestyle marketing, social media, sponsorships, and event marketing.
Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Microsoft Outlook, the Internet and social media sites.
