Essential Job Functions:

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all activities surrounding registrations of new products for existing or new markets.
Responsible for formulation to ensure the compliance of our product lines in international markets.
Responsible for labeling compliance, following local labeling standards, coordinating the translation of legal and romance copy, proof reading, and approvals (internal and external).
Responsible for keeping up and understanding the regulatory environment and interpretation of regulations for food and dietary supplement and how our products are affected.

Main job duties/ tasks:
Work under supervision by Sr Regulatory manager on the projects at hand for geographical area of responsibility.
Assist Sr Regulatory Managers with building dossiers for rigorous registration projects for new product launches and annual maintenance of registrations for product portfolio.
Coordinate with external parties (distributors, vendors, legal counsel, importers, authorities) to ensure that products are legally compliant and any required product registrations are valid.
Project management of the registration process while collaborating with external consultants and bottlers.
Coordinate the development of graphics and product labeling with in- house marketing team and graphics team.
Manage formula specifications for new products in US or existing products adapted for new markets.
Ensure that the internal Regulatory department database for new products is kept updated with back up information for all formulations to ensure that all necessary paper work is available for labeling and registration.
Liaise with the QC/ TS department to ensure that all paperwork and SOPs are established to streamline production site registrations and qualification process.
Generate all formulation related paperwork that is needed for customs.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or other related discipline with 5+ years of domestic or international regulatory or quality assurance experience.
Candidates should have experience with international product or raw material registration or possibly supporting registrations with quality documentation in the beverage, foods or dietary supplements industry.

Arabic language skills and international experience a plus.
