Responsible for in market notifications and registrations of new products in Latin America.
Responsible for label compliance in designated geographical area of responsibility.
Responsible to scope, outline and lead the registration projects as a key stakeholder, working closely with the project teams.
Responsible for formulation and labeling tweaks to ensure that our product lines are in compliance with regulations in designated geographical area of responsibility.
Responsible for keeping up and understand the regulatory environment and interpretation of regulations for food and dietary supplement and how our products are affected. Main job duties/ tasks:
Manage all regulatory projects at hand for geographical area of responsibility
Manage Formula Specs for new products in US or existing products adapted for new markets.
Ensure that the internal regulatory department database for new products, is kept updated with back up information for all formulations to ensure that all necessary paper work is available for labeling, and registration
Liaise with the QC/ TS department to ensure that all paperwork and SOP are established to streamline production site registrations, and qualification process.
Coordinate and prepare registration documentation for product registrations.
Coordination of graphics development and product labeling with in- house marketing team and graphics team.
Coordination with external parties (distributors, vendors, legal counsel, importers, authorities) to ensure that products are legally compliant
B.S. with 4-7+ years of international managerial regulatory experience, including labeling, registrations and formulation/ ingredient compliance for foods or dietary supplements. Global with strengths in the Latin America Market a PLUS!
M.S. degree strongly preferred
Industry backgrounds REQUIRED: Foods, Dietary supplement, Beverages
