The Regulatory Affairs Manager works within the Product Stewardship function to provide expert regulatory guidance and new product development support to business leaders and technology developers.

Develops and executes strategies, in collaboration with colleagues across the globe, for new product registration, extending products into new markets, providing regulatory risk analysis, and managing regulatory reporting. Manages and continuously improves processes for tracking and assessing the impact of emerging regulations that would impact existing and new products. This position is key driver of sustainable growth. As such, the Regulatory Affairs manager must demonstrate cross functional leadership skills and business acumen. 

This position will also be a member of the company's product leadership team focused on bringing exciting new low global warming, non-ozone depleting refrigerants, solvents, and foam blowing agents, to market. The position will also be responsible for enabling the growth of exciting new personal care product lines.


BS in chemistry, environmental health science, regulatory affairs or related technical discipline


Significant years of experience in Product Stewardship. 

Solid experience with global product registrations and notifications. Demonstrated capability to work within the following regulatory areas: TSCA, REACH, and REACH-like regulations, Food, Drug and Device, Hazard Communication and emerging regulation identification.

Demonstrated knowledge of industry standards such as ISO, OECD Guidelines, and various UN Frameworks and Guidelines 

Experience in new product development (NPD) process 

Highly developed interpersonal and communications skills 

Ability to address/influence a wide range of cultures, disciplines and levels within the organization.

Willingness and ability to work effectively in a large multi-national matrix organization.

Excellent leadership, project management and team building skills; with a proven track record of achieving extraordinary results.
