•           Coordinate customer mind with colleagues and Clinical Supervisor

•           Evaluate customer nursing needs and build up an arrangement of care and objectives proper to the discoveries, per doctor's requests

•           Instruct customer and family in the arrangement of care, allude to group assets as vital

•           Revise and refresh nursing design of care and objectives as fitting, with doctor endorsement

•           Inform doctor and Clinical Supervisor of changes in the customer's condition

•           Complete and present all suitable clinical documentation opportune per office approach

•           Maintain strict classification of data identifying with customers, workers, and the office

•           Promote consumer loyalty for all customers, workers and guests to the office

•           Approach errands with a positive and adaptable demeanor and practices group practices

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and agency policies and procedures
  • Competent in the provision of skilled nursing, including evaluation and assessment
  • Knowledge of community resources
  • Current CPR training/card; current professional liability insurance
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred) and current licensure by the state of Colorado
  • 1 yearexperience as a registered nurse, with home care experiencepreferred
  • Able to use a computer, telephone and voice mail, fax machine
  • Able to use personal protective equipment, blood pressure cuff, stethoscope, venipuncture equipment, pulse oximeter, glucometer, infusion equipment and pumps
  • Able to demonstrate good written and oral communication skills, including writing or typing notes legibly
  • Able to travel to client’s homes and to work in unpredictable home environments
  • Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted and walk or navigate
  • Able to hear and observe client during treatment
  • Able to effectively teach client and family
  • Able to demonstrate team behaviors, effective time management skills, customer service skills, and leadership ability

Supervision:

  • Licensed Practical Nurses and field supervision of Certified Nurse Assistants and Personal Care Providers
