Registered Charge Nurse (RN) - Skilled NursingThe Osborn - Rye, NYPay: Starting at $46.96-$53.46
Job Types: Part-Time (Evenings)
Shifts Available:Part Time Evening & EOW: 3:30pm to 11:30Full Time Monday through Friday and EOW: 0730am-3:30pmKey Responsibilities:- Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs
- Accurately document patient care using electronic medical records (EMR)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans
- Provide basic life support and airway management as needed
- Educate patients and families on treatments and health management
Qualifications:- Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
