We are an IT recruiting firm. Our client is a business software Magic Quadrant leader in several categories, currently in search of a highly-successful Regional Vice President (RVP)
The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Strategic Accounts presides over the revenue and operations of a team of six strategic sales executives. These sales executives are hunters assigned 1-3 Strategic Accounts to maintain and expand revenue with quotas from $8M - $12M . As the leader, the RVP effectively manages this team to expand the product saturation in the territory, build the customer base in untapped divisions and displace competitors. Quota is $40M.
Current experience leading an enterprise software sales team selling into Strategic Accounts (Accounts doing at least $8M/year). 10- 20 years of experience selling multiple software products and services into Fortune 100 companies; can reside anywhere in the East or Midwest US. Must have documentable high earnings past three years. Preferred experience is Business Application Software. Shuld be currently managing a team selling into Fortune 100 Accounts (industries such as Insurance, Telco, Financials, Entertainment).
Base salary $175K - $185K, total comp at plan $350K - $375K plus full benefits. Trvel requirements 30%.
