Help smaller plans, who are typically underserviced, by offering a personalized and robust service typically reserved for much larger organizations. The small plan space is significant in size and scope, which represents a huge potential for the right candidate to sell our in-house service directly to company owners and decision makers.
A Unique Platform …
Our platform is specifically built for smaller retirement plans and aimed to provide a level of financial service above what is typically offered. We don’t have revenue sharing, so we can offer 0% fund fees. We have a marketing team who will produce and distribute targeted and direct marketing to drive interest and produce new leads. On a team comprised of dedicated sales people, you will be provided these leads and supported by a strong service department to better educate clients on our retirement platform. Rather than wholesaling to financial advisors, you’ll work directly with the customer—the plan sponsor. You can believe in the service you sell, because you won’t be selling products. You will be providing financialsolutions to clients, based on employee goals, representing a transparent 3(38) fiduciary.

This role requires experience working in the financial industry, in the qualified retirement plans space, selling direct to small plan space sponsors.
