Positional Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and supervision for a group of Regional Sales Directors (RSD) who are responsible for selling TASC services to small business clients through accounts and through insurance, tax, other financial professionals, etc. (Providers)
  • Act as an RSD and manage relationships with accounts and Providers to sell TASC services to potential clients and to maximize efficiency and growth potential with the Provider group being managed
  • Responsible for the selection and termination of sales personnel as needed within the guidelines established in TASC’s business development plans
  • Establish and maintain a results-oriented culture that supports achievement of company goals and corporate mission
  • Lead RSDs in planning and goal setting and hold RSDs accountable
  • Motivate sales personnel to be achievement-oriented and to attain sales goals
  • Encourage team atmosphere and participation through modeling and mentoring
  • Develop and carry out marketing and sales strategies within the territory represented by the assigned RSDs
  • Implement the sales budget within the assigned area of responsibility. Provide resources necessary to meet the needs of the RSD, maximize RSD production and fit within the TASC direct expense budget parameters. This includes RSD direct expenses and marketing plan expenses relative to Providers or accounts.
  • Participate as a Sales Advisory Board member
  • Administer compensation programs, incentive compensation plans, and persistency policies

  • Ability to effectively manage, mentor and motivate of sales people
  • Skilled at teaching people how to set goals and reach goals
  • Ability to build strategy and execute with focus on results
  • Ability to foster and create strong relationships with clients/providers and team


  • Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with a degree in business administration, marketing, or related discipline
  • Seven or more years of progressively responsible professional experience in sales and/or marketing and supervision is preferred
