We are currently seeking for an Vice President of Sales to join us and help us introduce and sell our disruptive solution to HR Executives throughout the country and the world.
- Driving direct B2B sales with new customers;
- Canvassing market, networking, cold calling to identify contacts and acquire new customers;
- Present outplacement services at senior executive levels within an organization;
- Establish and implement tracking mechanisms to scoreboard activities and results;
- Consistently capture key milestones in the sales process utilizing CRM;
- Facilitate final preparation of customer proposals to include response to customer RFP, pricing, contract terms and conditions and applicable agreements;
- Creative problem solving and execution to drive results and gain market share;
- Influence decision makers and build strong relationships;
- Successful business development/sales into large corporate clients;
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills, customer service, business and negotiation skills;
- Highly organized with the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
- Flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and accountability to meet deadlines;
- Process design, development, execution, and management skills;
- Must be: creative, a self-starter, team player, fast learner, detail oriented, and conscientious with a drive to “win”!
- MUST HAVE SUSTAINED SUCCESSFUL TRACK RECORD SELLING TO HR EXECUTIVES.
