As a Regional Vice President of Sales, you will use your K12 sales management experience with small to large U.S. school districts to help lead an already successful sales team to the next level and beyond. We are looking for an experienced, and inspirational leader with a strong professional network who has a passion for accelerating learning for all.
You will lead a team of Field Account Executives who consultatively sell solutions to new and existing customers through face-to-face and virtual meetings. Must have the ability to support and lead detailed account planning, guide regional and account specific strategy, and collaborate with Renaissance and account stakeholders to support successful implementations. Ideal candidates will possess advanced experience in sales forecasting, account planning, coaching contract/pricing negotiations, purchasing processes, key legislative initiatives, and challenges within the K12 education industry, and have a history of leading sales teams in K-12. SaaS success in selling assessment, literacy and/or other curriculum focused products to large school districts.
We have a team selling model which includes inside sales and field sales partnering to collaborate on school and district level opportunities. We have extensive strategic selling support including academic advisors, technical solutions engineers, funding services, contract writing and proposal writing services, implementation coordination, quoting and order services, customer success and project management, and data integration system consultants that all help to ensure a well-supported sales process and implementation effort. To top it all off, we have a world class government affairs team that drives state level contracts and opportunities.
