VP Business Development - 401K
Our client, a highly respected, privately held investment management firm, is looking for a Regional Vice President to join their 401(k) Solutions Group and help distribute a new and unique 401(k) platform! The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial, sales professional with experience selling financial products (including 401K plans) directly to company owners, decision makers or high net worth individuals.
- You will be providing financial solutions to clients, based on employee goals
- You will be provided with warm leads, no cold calling.
- You will be an integral part of growing the program for our client, a multi billion dollar Registered Investment Advisor
- You will be supported by a strong service department to better educate clients on the retirement platform
- Your marketing team will produce and distribute targeted and direct marketing to drive interest and produce new leads
- Highly lucrative compensation structure
· Direct financial services salesexperience selling 401k plans currently
· History of over six figure income
