Responsibilities:

  • Manage 5 outside sales reps in the NYC or NY territory
  • Responsible to ensure that all of the 5 reps visit all the set appointments and should be able to monitor and follow up their appointments to generate sales.
  • Responsible for collecting reports from each sales rep at the end of every day and compile a summary report for management on daily basis.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of salesexperience in the apparel industry (Required)
  • 5+ years of salesexperience (Required)
  • 2+ years of supervision (Preferred)
  • Travel will be on need basis within the territory but will be responsible for Territory sales reps that travel100% during the week
  • Must be excellent in communication both in writing and over the phone.
  • Must be self-motivated to achieve given targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and should be able to use different software.
