Regional Service Manager - Automated Lab Equipment
Manage team of Field Support Representatives responsible for planned services and break or fix support for Automated Laboratory Equipment, ensuring effective post installation support, daily operation of the region, change initiative implementation, and customer base satisfaction.
*** Establish mechanisms to review and improve Key Performance Indicators and monitor objectives and resources to ensure service and financial targets are met.
*** Assign sites to maximize operational effectiveness and minimize travel requirements for Field Support Representatives.
*** Ensure team is trained on technical and compliance tools and procedures.
*** Manage team to provide on-site support to BD customers such as automation installation, Preventive Maintenance, system upgrades, escalations, and warranty and post warranty planed and emergency visits.
*** Monitor Periodic Maintenances and Modifications at a regional level to ensure completion on a timely basis and compliance with organization requirements and government regulations.
*** Ensure all records are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements to include defined Complaint Handling Procedures relative to complaint identification, documentation, resolution, and escalation.
***Supportsales efforts to attain business objectives, including Service Contract conversions to improve revenue and profitability objectives for all Lab Automation products.
*** Implement Continuous Improvement initiatives such as Lean or Six Sigma, targeting Technical Service Processes and Procedures with direct impact on response time, cost improvements, and customer satisfaction levels.
*** Maintain company assets including tools, parts inventory, company vehicles, computers and accessories.
