Regional Sales Operations Manager - Public Sector
Key responsibilities of the Regional Sales Operations Manager Public Sector
Support Zscaler Sales Organization focused on Area alignment to the Federal and SLED Sales VPs and all sales leaders in aligned to public Sector
Defining and delivering key business analytics and metrics packages to internal stakeholders and externally to our partners in coordination with FP&A
Lead a weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting cadence for an and Area and aligned regions with area vice president of sales, regional vice presidents of sales, regional sales directors, and partners
Driving a monthly pipeline review to ensure adequate quota coverage and pipeline created
Operational planning for sales including quota / target assignment, account assignment, territory creation, and headcount planning.
Driving business process, workflow creation & re-engineering and productivity improvement initiatives. This includes driving business requirements with IT and other caress-functional teams
Partner with the sales enablement team to create a robust onboarding and on-going Public Sector Enablement program for Sales.
Working in key sales process applications including but not limited to Clari, SFDC, SFDC.GOV, Apptus, Xactly, Tableau, GOVWIN, and others
Proficiency in SFDC
Expert level Excel
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is an essential skill.
College Degree and 5-8 years related work experience required, MBA Preferred and can substitute for experience
Ability to interface with all levels of employees, from Executive level to employee base
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Strong customer service orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen
Software/SaaS Industry experience is desirable, but not required
Federal and/or SLED Operations experience is a plus, but not required.
