This role interacts frequently with branch management and field personnel (25-35 second level reports) in an effort to support their business growth targets. Duties and Responsibilities: ��� Direct oversight of 3-4 area managers supporting their rentals and sales operations in their respective regions ��� Act as the contact on associated national account customers and develop a professional relationship with their leadership with the purpose of understanding the customer needs ��� Provide Indirect support to Spot Coolers HQ, regions and local markets on strategic business planning and employee management ��� Support existing customer relationships ��� Estimated travel at least 50 percent| The ideal candidate will possess a 4 year BS/BA degree w/10 years of relevant professional experience| 10 years HVAC industry or rental experience in professional sales or marketing positions of increasing responsibility ��� Strong interpersonal, team management, motivation, and conflict resolution skills ��� Strong understanding of rental marketplace dynamics including industry trends and assessment of key competitors��� programs ��� Proven capacity to communicate professionally in written and verbal format across a wide audience ��� Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities
