Summary of Role:

The Regional Sales Manager position will be responsible for increasing sales in assigned territories through growth and development of existing and new distributors across LATAM and the Caribbean. The initial focus will be on Brazila and the rest of South America with some support of the Caribbean. This role will act as the distributors internal advocate while interfacing with marketing, customer service, channel management, operations, logistics, IT and finance to ensure a best in class customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Act as the primary point of sales contact for dealers in assigned region
  • Manage day to day communications with dealers including pricing and new products
  • Solicit, receive, route and resolve dealers' feedback, concerns and complaints
  • Facilitate product training for distributors staff
  • Drive product/service improvements based on dealers' feedback
  • Collect market intelligence
  • Maintain dealer records in company CRM


  • Business to business sales experience
  • Inside Sales experience with proven ability to meet quota
  • Strength in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
  • BS or BA in a technical or business discipline preferred

Minimum Requirments:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience
  • OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated inside sales, outside sales, or business development success
  • Fluent in english, spanish and portuguese
  • Successful experience working with an independent distributor network or contractors
  • Understanding of (or ability to quickly learn) renewable energy industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Self-motivated, energetic personality with exceptional telephone and selling skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have strong time management skills and possess an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to keep track of quickly-changing market conditions regarding solar incentive funding, product development, and competitive landscape
  • A strong desire to be a part of a rapidly growing business with an opportunity for career growth
