The Regional Sales Manager is a vital resource in securing new lanes and shipper partnerships with small to mid-size customers across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Missouri. You will be a key contributor in discovering new sales prospects, strengthening existing accounts, and maintaining customer satisfaction with a focus on refrigerated transportation solutions.

Regional Sales Manager Role:

    • Grow load volume and market share (at a profitable level) for assigned accounts
    • Achieve defined booking targets for revenue and gross margin
    • Understand market trends, pricing, seasonality, and capacity fluctuations
    • Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and partners that sustain repeat sales opportunities
    • Prepare RFPs on a spot or transactional basis (understanding of cost components is crucial)
    • Upsell additional long-haul lanes for backhaul opportunities
    • Contact each customer on a weekly basis. Identify when visits are appropriate or necessary
    • Regularly conduct account reviews with customers on performance, forecasts, and opportunities to implement value added solutions

Regional Sales Manager Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of transportation sales, required
    • Experience with asset-based, multi-modal solutions, highly preferred
    • BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field, preferred
    • Deep understanding of the trucking industry and the regulations that govern it, required
    • This role will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Dallas, TX
    • Willingness to travel as needed
