As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining profitable revenue for a full range of Entrance Control Products in the Southern US states.
Your success will be achieved by leveraging and building trusting relationships with security specifiers, system integrators, architects, and commercial end users.
-- Identify and develop Entrance Control projects in the commercial marketplace.
-- Identify key decision makers within the marketplace, building trusting relationships with them and managing the sales process.
-- Arrange meetings with security consultants, security integrators, security directors and architects to present the range of Entrance Control products.
-- Develop and present proposals that lead to winning quoted projects.
-- Monthly reporting of quoting and activity within region to sales director.
Education: Bachelor's degree (in Business or related field) strongly preferred
Experience: 5-7 years in security product sales to commercial marketplace required; 2-5 years sales experience with a security products manufacturer strongly preferred.
Record of proven quota achievement
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
Strong knowledge of the entrance control marketplace is preferred
Ability to travel throughout the region
Must live in Dallas, Houston, or Austin. Base salary $80K, total comp at plan $90K - $100K.
