Role Summary:

Regional Pressure Sales Manager is responsible for growing orders of Pressure products and services in the assigned territory. In this role, you will identify opportunities, build pipeline, accurately forecast and close orders. Essential Responsibilities: In the role of Measurement Solutions Sr. Sales Manager - Pressure you will:

Develop and implement a plan for growing Pressure Sales in the Northeast region (New England, NYC, NJ)
Support channel partners during customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
Support Product Development with market trending, customer feedback, and field experience
Build Opportunity Pipeline: Identify new opportunities for our current product offering
Maintain a high level of technical and commercial competence on all pressure products
Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, sales management and/or product management

Eligibility Requirements:
Travel ~40% of the time, as required Desired Characteristics:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university or equivalent sales experience
Demonstrated Domain Expertise of Pressure products
Energetic, self-driven, financially motivated sales professional
Strong knowledge of the pressure sensor and instrumentation market
Strong knowledge of the automotive industry
Ability to cold call and develop relationships with current and new customer accounts
Ability to communicate and sell to multiple levels within the customer organization
Relevant experience in Sales and Sales Management
Ability to clearly communicate product opportunity to management as needed
Proven experience in executing a successful tradeshow
Demonstrated ability to execute and drive results
Profit motivated with a focus on customer satisfaction
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and forecasting skills and knowledge of all business reports, including indepth knowledge of financial statements
Experience with technical solution sales of engineered products
