Regional Sales Manager
Job Description: This position reports to the Pharma North American Solutions Sales Director. The Regional Sales Manager (“RSM”) is responsible for maintaining and generating new business for pharmaceutical process technology as established in its broad range of equipment and systems, including but not limited to Biopharma Liquid Processing, Lyophilization, Spray Drying, Fluid Bed Processing, Potent Material Containment, and Tablet Presses. The RSM will accomplish this by developing professional business relationships with pharmaceutical executives, production managers, operators, and process engineers in a consultative selling role. The RSM will identify, qualify, log and pursue leads and opportunities while gathering and communicating market intelligence. The RSM will coordinate and manage the flow of pre-sale information between the North America entity, company’s Core Technology Centers and the customer. The RSM is the customer advocate within the company, while balancing the Order Intake and Profit requirements of the company.
