Regional Sales Manager - Nutrition
Our client is leader in manufacturing vitamins and nutrition supplements. They are seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager that will be responsible for mentoring and developing a team of sales executives within a geographic territory. Ensuring sales goals are met are a key component of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to increase sales
- Oversee the development and performance of the Sales Team
- Manage pipelines and forecasts, ensure all sales goals are met
- Utilize product knowledge, market trends, industry/competitor knowledge to manage business opportunities
- Develop and support growth of current accounts within client base
Requirements:
- Bachelordegree
- Min. 5 years+ direct outside sales management experience
- Experience in sales/management within CPG, Nutrition, Distribution sales preferred
- Experience hiring, mentoring and developing a sales team required
- Documentation of sales success and over achieving goals
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel
Offering:
- Base Salary $80,000 - $100,000
- Year 1 @ plan $90,000 - $120,000
- Uncapped Commissions/Bonus (quarterly)
