Regional Sales Manager
Global company is looking for an experienced, career-minded Regional Sales Manager to join their team. The RSM will work closely with the Program Management Supervisor, the local management staff and global program engineering to ensure exceptional customer service on new and existing sales programs. Client designs and manufactures high end office furniture.
Responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase sales and profits, the development of new business, as well as building upon existing relationships, the successful candidate will support the team by providing extensive product and industry and experience, as well as guidance and leadership towards the achievement of organizational objectives and sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management and sales skills, be technically minded and have the ability to track and launch multiple products with various components that may be manufactured at the clients plants world-wide.
An understanding of injection moulded products and tooling would be a great asset coupled with a mechanical aptitude that will be essential when dealing with design and product engineers. Minimum of 5-10 years of direct sales experience and account management. Approximately 50% over-night travel.
