This position is home based and then you would travel throughout the Western Region. If you like to develop, execute and maintain a Corporate and Regional account plan then we are on track. This person directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by sales territories, quotas and goals for OEM, dealers and representatives. And you will need to attend training sessions and company meetings to stay in tune to market developments, standards and competitor offerings.
Knowledge & Skills
You need to have advanced skills in Packaging, some knowledge in CRM software and a true novice in Sales Experience. In closing you need to be a team player, leader, detail oriented, dedicated, self starter, innovative and ability to make an impact.
7-10 years: sales experience and it would be great if you have packaging, capital equipment, conveyor systems experience and material handling.
Bachelors or better in Engineering.
