Primary Purpose: 

The Region Manager is expected to lead the development, implementation and monitoring of strategic sales initiatives and direct tactical plans and programs to achieve business objectives for assigned markets through coaching, leadership and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities: 
• Finding, developing and retaining talent 
• Provide work direction to a regional team to support business objectives. Drive sales growth and profit objectives through others. 
• Deploy and manage resources to achieve objectives 
• Communicate the vision, mission and objectives of the business team 
• Coach by providing consistent meaningful feedback 
• Utilizing all aspects of Halyard Health’s Performance Management Process to consistently measure progress toward objectives, deliver business results and model global leadership qualities to enhance personal effectiveness 

• Market Responsibilities: 
o Acute Hospitals 
o Alternate Site Hospitals 
o Ambulatory Surgery Centers 
o Outpatient Surgery Centers 

• Product Responsibilities: Medical Devices (Interventional Pain Management) 

Basic Qualifications: 
• Independently verifiable track record of success 
• Bachelor’s Degree Required 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Medical Industry 
• Extensive in-field travel required 
• Strong leadership qualities 

Preferred Qualifications: 
• Medical Device experience 
• 5 - 8 years’ experience in the Medical Industry 
• Sales Management experience 
• Basic knowledge of musculoskeletal and nervous system anatomy and chronic pain therapies
