Our client is a leader in flooring solutions for commercial environments and is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for sales of Products in the Northeast Region and support of One Team Sales. The role reports to the Director of Sales.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and maintain relationships with all customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key architects
  • Budget accountability
  • Monthly reporting to the Director of Sales
  • Trade show attendance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with owner?s decision-makers including but not limited to Facility Managers, Athletic Directors, Coaches
  • Provide material pricing per company pricing policy
  • Provide market intelligence regarding competition, products, business trends, etc.
  • Project tracking
  • Collaborate with all brand sales teams
  • Support Customer sales efforts
  • Facilitate customer support from internal resources such as inside sales, technical, and marketing
  • Scheduletravel efficiently in compliance with company policies
  • Travel as needed, approx. 75% including air travel
  • Develop a strong understanding of product features, benefits, and applications

Qualifications

Experience/Education/Knowledge

  • Bachelor?s degree
  • Minimum 2-3years salesexperience
  • Technical skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, CRM, Email, online Travel, online HR systems
  • Strong decision making and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Outgoing, able to communicate well inside and outside the company
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
