JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for ensuring team achievement of assigned profitability and growth targets
- Responsible for Commercial and Industrial Printing program management and sales coverage strategy of all accounts in assignment.
- Responsible for driving sales strategy and execution focused to retention, expansion and winning new accounts each year.
- Define success criteria and sales process to win net new accounts.
- Plays strategic role in field execution related to strategic CIP initiatives
- Works with sales executives to develop strategic account plans utilizing the Ricoh strategic account sales process
- Partners with appropriate leaders for strategic alignment in Marketing and Pricing Strategies to win net new business
- Engage Ricoh Executive management strategically to develop high level relationships
