TheRegional Sales Managerexecutes and manages the company’s business objectives for the Eastern K—12 Education segment. Effectively leads, directs, and manages field sales resources (Sales Agency Network) to accomplish the business goals, i.e., volume, revenue, spend and mix for the segment.
Achieves business plans including volume, revenue, spend and mix for profitability. Establishes and provides leadership for setting priorities including customer focus, sales priorities and product group/category priorities within the K-12 Eastern region
Achieves Division goals for: Established Sales Plan for new business, value added revenue and volume on priority products.
Effectively performs account management through properly executed programs and financial integrity of all trade agreements and “deals”.
Interact with Management Team providing leadership to attain the necessary tools for success for the K-12 Eastern Region.
Ensures that sales agency partners are trained, coached and directed in a manner that ensures region sales targets are met.
Bachelor’s degree plus 8-10 years related experience. Estimated travel requirements of up to 50% or greater during peak sales activity times of the year.
