Our Promius Pharma Group fulfills significant unmet patient needs by providing innovative medicines that increase patient comfort and convenience. This business develops and markets new formulations of currently marketed drugs or combinations of complementary drugs and technologies to enhance safety or efficacy or both.

Reporting directly to the National Sales Director, this Regional Sales Manager position will be responsible for coaching, developing, and directing a team of territory representatives throughout the geographic Region in the promotion and management of Promius Pharma neurology products into the neurology market.

This position can be based in the North Central US in or near the following cities: Chicago, Detroit, St. Louis, Indianapolis and Kansas City.

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate for the Regional Sales Manager position will have the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience.

Experience with neurology or migraine products is a plus. Knowledge and experience in the specified sales geographies are a plus. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in successfully leading a team to meet and/or exceed sales goals, as well as in developing representatives for roles with greater responsibility.

Qualified candidates will have strong strategic and consultative selling and coaching skills with excellent organization and communication (written and oral) skills. Experience with sales tracking software, MS Office including Excel spreadsheets, and internet searches.
