Job Overview

Overall management of DPS International Business, both Warehouse Direct (WD) and Beverage Concentrate (BC) in key CALA markets.Objective is to create and execute annual operating plans for specific markets while fostering company culture among direct reports . Key areas of focus include: distributor management, identifying new market opportunities for DPS international portfolio, negotiating distribution agreements.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Execute new business development within new and existing CALA markets in question
  • Create and execute annual operating plans for relevant CALA markets.
  • Assess markets and make recommendations to CALA Director of Sales to create long range sales plans. Strategically identify and evaluate current & future RTM opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing, business development and finance departments to drive annual operating plan elements.
  • Administer Trade/Coop funds used to drive annual operating plan execution. Ensure receivables.
  • Minimize variations between actual and forecast volumes and revenue. Update monthly forecasts in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree for an accredited institution. MBA could be beneficial in this role.
  • 5+ years of experience CPG industry experience in a sales capacity.
  • 3 years of experience working on FMCG in Caribbean and Latin America areas.
  • Spanish fluency, written and verbal.
