What You’ll Do:  The Regional Sales Manager (“RSM”) within the Global Sales team is responsible for working closely within their team, which is comprised of an Account Executives, Channels Manager and Solution Engineer. The RSM is to strategically target new customers, develop ANZ territory plans, exceed sales targets and assist in upselling existing clients of size within their assigned region. Additionally, the RSM has responsibility for the account retention of all current clients within their region. Here’s a closer look at your primary responsibilities:

  • Aggressively navigate and pursue DSI’s vendor (ERP & Partners) sales goals and strategic objectives via consultative selling, customer relationship management, and teamwork with the global sales organization. support staff
  • Develop and implement territory-wide business and sales action plans to achieve sales quota.
  • Create, leverage & own C-level relationships to present DSI´s strategic messaging and product delivery.
  • Act as client advocate to establish relationships, trust, and integrity within assigned clients.
  • Based on relationships created by RSM, identify & drive large/complex mobile opportunities.
  • Implement a solution-selling strategy that fully leverages the business value of DSI´s software.
  • Ability to analyze prospect and customer’s workflow, assesses challenges, and determines where the ROI is most effective.
  • Full Sales Cycle & Quota – You’ll own the full sales cycle and drive sales opportunities

You Have:

  • Previous proven consultative software solution sales experience.
  • Supply chain industry; minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiations skills with the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives
  • Technology savvy (we have configurable mobile applications that our customers utilize in the field on IOS and Android devices)
  • Highly motivated and driven with desire to advance.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts and represent the broader DSI value proposition.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, must be polished and articulate demonstrating tact and professionalism.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and execute upon agreed strategy.
  • Bachelor degree in computer science, business administration or related field.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
