OPPORTUNITY: Key role managing sales of technical, engineered equipment used in measurement and inspection applications and sold into OEM accounts. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target potential new accounts and grow the business across market sectors. Negotiate and close deals. Evaluate the market and the competitive landscape. Position requires product demos at customer locations.
You will train and manage the performance of distributors and rep agencies in the territory. Home office position; candidate ideally in Texas.
REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of technical sales experience, preferably equipment. Ideal candidates have sold to manufacturers. Record of success in managing to sales goals. Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities. Travel within the territory up to 50%, primarily by car.
REWARD: $80k base salary plus monthly commission (total $100k+) and company car.
