What will your role be?

  • Drive the transformation to help partners drive growth through new solutions
  • Improve deal qualification and accuracy of forecasts
  • Assist partners understand their sales territory better
  • Drive with partners their strategic sales program based on the “what to sell
  • Provide support to extend DS footprint, upsell and cross-sell
  • Engage in key opportunities with the partner
  • Establish top ten target customers and prospects and build a sales plan with the partner to drive growth
  • Know your customer. Establish key relationships with top accounts and help partners with your network
  • Support partners in managing sales and technical capacity with appropriate skills
  • Coach partner sales reps on Dassault Systèmes sales methodology and tools
  • Work with partners and customer to qualify opportunities and improve forecasting accuracy
  • Leverage Dassault Systèmes ecosystem to accelerate opportunities in the pipeline (testimonials, events, executives etc.)
  • Keep abreast of market trends, company developments, competitive advantages and ensure timely communication to the partner community

Key Success Factors

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology or equivalent
  • 7+ years’ experience in Technology Solutions Sales and/or enterprise software sales
  • Sales experience selling software technology products through reseller channel salesenvironments industry
  • Ability to engage senior customer executives
  • Adapt to sales process and tools for company-wide consistency
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High standards of ethics and integrity
  • Motivated high energy candidate that has a passion for ‘progress everyday’
