Regional Sales Manager - Cardiologists - NJ - 27075525

Our client is looking for a Regional Manager who has a proven track record in mentoring and coaching Hospital Sales Reps to manage 8 Reps in their Northern NJ territory. Sales Reps are calling on the following target markets; Cardiology, Thoracic, Cardiovascular, Electrophysiologist, Nurse Management, and Discharge Nurses.  


  • 4year college degree.
  • 3 - 7years of highly successful Hospital Device Sales Management.
  • Experience calling on Cardiology, Thoracic, Cardiovascular, Electrophysiologist, Nurse Management, and Discharge Nurses departments.
  • Must have documentation of mentoring Sales Reps to become President Club Winners
  • Client will consider Regional Sales Managers from Pharmaceutical with hospital salesexperience
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Independent, reliable, accurate and ethical
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Analytical and solution oriented
  • Valid driver?s license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Base Salary:  $140,000.00 - $145,000.00 (DOE) + $600 / mo Car Allowance

On-Target-Earnings:  $220,.00 - $240,.00 + Great Benefits + Full Expenses

Locations: Parsippany or Morristown, NJ

Benefits:  Full comprehensive benefits package

Travel: 50%
