Our client is a rapidly growing custom manufacturer of display solutions, serving multiple industries all over the world. They've had double digit growth year over year and were recently named on the Inc 5000 list. They engineer displays for OEMs in the Wearable, IOT, Medical, Gaming, Industrial, Automotive, Defense, Instrumentation, and Consumer markets, including many well-known Fortune 500 companies, such as Philips, Lockheed, Honeywell and more.

As a result of growth, we're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for the assigned territory. This individual will have the opportunity to develop excellent customer relationships by assisting with product selection and addressing the ongoing needs of each customer throughout the product life cycle.

Compensation includes base salary and an aggressive commission plan. We want someone who has a track record of success exceeding target quota!


· Achieve and exceed sales goals for their assigned territory

· Develop and maintain customer relationships and provide product solutions for customers

· Forecast business and opportunities and track customers and sales efforts

· Identify leads and actively contact potential customers

· Generate technical and business proposals and quote packages for customers

· Act as a liaison between customers and suppliers

· Facilitate distribution channelsales and promote strong supplier relations

· Interface with suppliers in support of specific customer requests and proposals

· Provide point of contact for customer production issues

Experience and Education

· A Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business, or another related field

· 5 or more years of field salesexperience in the display industry

· Background in manufacturing

· Presentation and proposal creation experience

· Experience working with outside sales and customer service organizations

· The ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with suppliers in the electronics industry

Preferred Skills or Experience

· Display knowledge

· Understanding of the distribution business model

· Handling of manufacturing quality processes and procedures

· Familiarity with developing strong customer relationships in a multiple state region
