he Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving sales of 2N products and Axis branded intercom & Door station products throughout the assigned geographic territory. In this role the RSM, supports existing customers (end users, integrators, A&E’s & distribution partners) through pre-sales and sales activities, works to define new appropriate customers developing them into ongoing customers and works with 2N management to drive specific sales initiatives successfully in the territory.
What you’ll do here as (Job Title)?
Create a region wide business plan that will achieve and exceed sales and margin targets for the region.
Develop and grow key Integration partners who will drive usage among their end users.
Discover and cultivate key A&E specifiers in the region who will support and spec 2N products in project based opportunities.
Develop key relationships with distribution branches that support 2N/Axis.
Work with the US team to develop best practices and transfer knowledge within, benefiting the entire 2N/Axis team.
Identify and participate in key industry events, meetings, trade shows, conferences and associations promoting 2N/Axis within the industry.
Provide accurate forecasts and reports on activity and pipelines using SFDC. Keep all reporting up to date on a weekly basis and achieve pipeline and opportunity targets as set by sales management.
Be a team player working with all 2N/Axis personnel to advance our overall business.
Work always with the highest level of ethics and proper business etiquette.
Achieve monthly and annual quotas.
Travel as appropriate to cover the region including up to 70% of the time.
Perform other related duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training
3-5+ years’ in sales driven position
Saleforce experience preferred
Experience in Intercom, audio, and access control beneficial
Strong technical background
